My greatest successes have come from being brave. This means I strive to put my all into every aspect of my life, whether it’s committing to a challenge or taking a brief from ideation to execution.
Stay positive, solve problems
To solve problems, you have to believe there can always be better. Great product process for me is a user-centric approach to solving problems, that balances the needs of the user with the business needs of the project.
In my day to day life, staying positive means that I face difficult situations with same belief that there is always a way to make it better.
Be brave enough to take a leap of faith
Being brave enables me to trust my process, the results and my instincts when creating product strategy and running with it. Exploring every possibility, however outlandish, has meant I’ve created products that are unique and well placed in the market.
Empathy makes me tick
It may feel cliched, but empathy was the reason I became a product manager and is the reason I am today. Always wanting to understand users motivations, problems and desires enables me to consistently create user-centric products.
I love working in diverse and dynamic teams for the same reason. I find other people’s opinions and approaches fascinating.
